Monday through Friday evenings
- 5:00 - 5:45 -- 6 and under & 7-8
- 5:45 - 6:30 -- 7/8* & 9/10
- 6:30 - 7:30 -- 11 and overs
MEMORIAL DAY WEEK UPDATES:
Monday, May 26 - no practice
Tuesday, May 27: start of morning practice
- 8:00 - 8:45 -- 6 and under & 7-8
- 8:45 - 9:45 -- 7/8* & 9/10
- 9:45 - 10:45 -- 11 and overs
- Meet 1: 5/27 or TBD: 4:00 arrival, 5:00 start
Morning after Meet 1 (5/28 or TBD): Stroke Clinic from 9-10
June 2nd through June 25th - mornings
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday
- 8:00 - 8:45 -- 6 and under & 7-8
- 8:45 - 9:45 -- 7/8* & 9/10
- 9:45 - 10:45 -- 11 and overs
Tuesdays during meet season (the morning after meets):
- STROKE CLINICS
- June 3, 9-10 AM
- June 10, 9-10AM
- June 17, 9-10AM
- June 24, 11 AM (may be dive practice at Don Cook)
Because of late Monday night meets, this practice is not mandatory.
Practice schedule may change after the last dual meet in preparation for the Meet of Champions and All Stars.
*7/8 swimmers: 2 practice time options for flexibility with your schedule.
Please note that we are not a "learn to swim" program. Swimmers should be able to make it across the pool BEFORE PRACTICE BEGINS.
There will be no practice on Memorial Day.
